Enterprise Cloud Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure.

This strategic role will require hands-on expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) as well as leadership skills to provide direction on AKS adoption, DevOps tooling and cloud-native best practices.

  • Cloud Architecture Strategy

  • Define end-to-end architecture for AKS-based workloads in Azure.

  • Design multi-environment, multi-region AKS architectures for high availability and disaster recovery.

  • Establish best practices for container orchestration, scaling and governance in AKS.

  • Provide guidance on cost optimization strategies for AKS and related Azure resources.

  • Azure & AKS Expertise

  • Design and provision AKS clusters with features such as:

  • Cluster and node pool autoscaling.

  • Private cluster configuration.

  • Network isolation using Azure CNI / Kubenet.

  • Managed identities and Azure AD integration.

  • DevOps & Automation

  • Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions with Terraform, Bicep or ARM templates for AKS provisioning.

  • Implement GitOps workflows (e.g. ArgoCD, Flux) for automated deployments.

  • Design CI/CD architecture using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins for AKS workloads.

  • Security & Compliance

  • Architect RBAC and Azure AD security models for AKS access.

  • Integrate security scanning for container images and Kubernetes workloads.

  • Ensure alignment with compliance frameworks and governance policies.

  • Monitoring, Logging & Observability

  • Design observability solutions using:

  • Azure Monitor.

  • Managed Prometheus.

  • Container Insights.

  • Grafana.
