We are seeking highly skilled engineers to join our Observability team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable systems that meet the needs of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Build Scalable Systems
    • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable systems that support our growth strategy.
    • Engage with product and engineering teams to develop software proactively and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Influence Platform Design and Architecture
    • You will influence the design and architecture of our cloud-enabled system as part of our Cloud Enablement journey.
    • Maintain critical legacy tools that support our operations.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams
    • You will work closely with development teams to design and implement scalable and reliable systems that consider fault tolerance, availability, and performance.
  • Optimize and Develop Repeatable Systems
    • Partner with software engineers and platform engineers to optimize and develop repeatable systems that can be leveraged by both sides.
  • Provide Production Support
    • Even after implementing self-healing and automation solutions, you will provide production support and creatively solve challenging engineering problems across our stack.
  • Mentor New Hires and Other Engineers
    • You will mentor new hires and other engineers by example, tech talks, paired programming, and other avenues to increase technical efficiency across the organization.
