Job Description:

  • As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and support of SAP S4HANA across all business process areas. This includes providing expertise in functional and technical aspects of SAP, as well as ensuring the adoption of best practices.
  • You will work closely with project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery, while also supporting teams working on SAP implementations.
  • Additionally, you will provide system support, conduct discovery sessions with business representatives, build strong relationships, and understand unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform detailed analysis of business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
  2. Map business requirements, processes, and objectives in SAP, developing necessary designs, customizations, configurations, enhancements, and tests.
  3. Review and validate partner proposed solutions, ensuring quality and completeness, and perform impact assessments on change requests.
  4. Act as liaison with business for troubleshooting, investigating, analyzing, and solving issues.
  5. Proactively identify and propose improvements in business processes and/or system enhancements.
  6. Ensure and establish IT policies, standards, and SOPs, including program, config & test documentation, training manuals, transport requests, etc.
  7. Conduct SAP trainings and user support as required, providing necessary support and services in activities related to audit and management/progress meetings.
  8. Build an IT repository for all manuals.

Work Experience:

">

Desirable Total Years of Work Experience in Relevant Industry

">

10-15 years of experience in a full SAP cycle implementation, as well as supporting projects in manufacturing companies, with occasional business travel.

Specific Work Experience in Domain Area

">

Minimum of 5 years SAP HANA experience in implementation and support (all modules – FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HR).

Provisioning, installation, configuration, and technical support related to infrastructure, SAP Build, and Operations. Leading a team who installs, operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains servers, software, and technologies in delivering full lifecycle management.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Understanding of accounting business processes. Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be results-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Fluently in English and Hindi, with good leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
