Chief Information Architect

Imaging Endpoints is a leading Imaging Technology and Clinical Research Organization passionate about advancing imaging science, technology, and services to bring curative technologies to humankind. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director IT to join our dynamic global team.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations with a strong background in IT leadership strategy and innovation. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills providing technical guidance and vision to support all information technology initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate work related to incident tickets and requests for their resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements SLAs. They will also train first-level support personnel to close any open incidents correctly and promptly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Authorizing and overseeing all hardware and software deployment monitoring maintenance development and support based on Innovation and IT infrastructure strategy.
- Developing configuration and monitoring standards for network performance and implementing and monitoring controls to ensure the standards are maintained.
- Evaluating business needs objectives and goals researching Innovation and IT applications necessary to meet the needs of the IE Network.
- Analyzing complex Innovation and IT business needs presented by users and customers and recommending technical solutions.
- Developing plans for the implementation of new projects coordinating process deliverables with project leaders and stakeholders.
- Developing or assisting in developing Innovation and IT policies and procedures as appropriate including those for architecture security disaster recovery standards purchasing and service provision.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing Innovation and IT staff including recruitment supervision scheduling development evaluation and disciplinary actions. They will maintain awareness of changing Innovation and IT trends best practices and regulations that might impact operational efficiency and business continuity.
