International Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced International Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international education landscape and be able to provide personalized guidance to students pursuing higher education abroad.

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to assess their goals, background, and eligibility for study abroad programs.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, letters of recommendation, and fee payments.
  • Guide students through the visa process, including preparing them for interviews and document collection.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets related to applications, offers, and conversions.
  • Stay updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.
  • Attend training, webinars, and internal strategy meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with English proficiency required.
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape, including key players and trends.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
