Senior Project Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our projects and ensure their timely delivery with exceptional quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a good customer experience throughout the project timeline from partial design to complete execution stage till handover.

About the Role:

  • This role requires understanding drawings (2D/3D) of all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc).
  • You will be responsible for identifying design discrepancies and foreseeing execution risks.
  • A key aspect of this position is validating and reviewing work orders, BOQs, drawings, etc.
  • An effective Senior Project Manager must prepare detailed project execution schedules highlighting inter-dependencies of various tasks.
  • You will also audit site work by conducting regular site inspections as well as monitoring remotely with quality control.
  • Your primary goal will be ensuring that all quality and timeline-related requirements are met.
  • In addition, you will provide technical inputs and instructions to Site supervisors.
  • You will update project trackers and summaries and share weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Finally, you will analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and own implementation end-to-end.

Requirements:

  • A Management Graduate/Construction management degree from a Tier I/Tier II Institute would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong Project Management/Engineering/Architecture background with 6+ years of experience is essential.
  • A deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations is necessary.
  • You must be able to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills are preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work, high level of ownership, and learning aptitude are required.
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is a core requirement for this role.
