  • We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain Matrixx, an integrated billing system.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of client requirements and business models to provide effective operations support for billing systems.
  • Responsibilities include managing operations teams, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, and identifying potential risks.
  • This role also involves debugging issues, finding root causes, and participating in user clarification sessions for new feature rollouts on Billing systems.
  • Quality assurance is crucial, and the selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of new features, reporting, managing, and tracking requirements and functional changes.
  • Experience in MATRIXX OCS - Pricing configuration, MATRIXX engine Task processing (API), Events processing, and managing MATRIXX channel server, publishing server network integration architecture is required.
