Senior Executive Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Influencer Marketing professional to join our team at Honasa Consumer Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management:
    • IDentify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
    • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and KPIs.
  • Content Strategy & Execution:
    • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
    • Ensure that content adheres to the brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI metrics.
    • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis:
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
    • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
