Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage key Intellectual Property (IP) matters, including prosecution, litigation, and advisory services.

  • End-to-end IPR expertise in patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both Indian and international IP laws and the ability to guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of IPR matters.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file IP applications, oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate analysis, and infringement assessment.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge development and quality delivery.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends, legal amendments, and case laws related to IPR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M).
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal team.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
  • A proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios and high-stakes litigation.
