Enterprise Integration Specialist

The ideal candidate will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI solutions with diverse enterprise systems, architecting, building, and deploying complex integration solutions while providing guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership & Team Guidance: Lead Enterprise Architecture, design and oversee complex, multi-system integration strategies that seamlessly connect AI solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure. Mentor and guide development teams on integration best practices, code architecture patterns, and AI implementation strategies.
  2. Hands-on Development: Remain technically hands-on, writing code, conducting code reviews, and troubleshooting complex integration challenges.
  3. Standards & Best Practices: Establish and enforce integration standards, development workflows, and quality assurance processes.
  4. AI & Integration Expertise: Design and implement sophisticated integration patterns for various AI providers. Build robust, scalable pipelines for prompt engineering, response processing, and model orchestration. Optimize AI integration performance including token management, caching strategies, and response time optimization.
  5. Systems Integration & Architecture: Implement complex integration solutions using APIs, message queues, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures. Design and maintain microservices-based integration layers with proper service mesh, API gateway, and monitoring implementations.
  6. Full-Stack Development & UI Integration: Build sophisticated front-end applications using React.js that interface with AI backends and integrated enterprise systems. Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs that serve as integration points between systems.
  7. Collaboration & Communication: Work with product managers, data scientists, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Create comprehensive architecture documentation, integration guides, and system design specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of AI integration concepts and principles.
  • Experience with LLM solutions and their integration with enterprise systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Ability to design and implement complex integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
