Salesforce Architect – Service Cloud

We seek an accomplished Salesforce technical expert to design and architect enterprise-scale Service Cloud solutions. This role requires extensive experience in driving technical governance, aligning Salesforce implementations with business strategy, and leading distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud solutions at scale.
  • Design data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures for complex environments.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards across Salesforce programs.

The ideal candidate will combine deep Service Cloud expertise, architectural leadership, and hands-on ability, with proven experience in ensuring successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12–15 years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce CRM.
  • Proven expertise in architecting large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong command of Service Cloud features: Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Service Console.

This position requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and prioritize tasks efficiently.
