Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials and experience with implementations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Fusion Tax.
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
  • Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
  • Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration:
  • Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
  • Training & Documentation:
  • Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Project Collaboration:
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and solution validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in global delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel onsite if required.
