About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned frontend professional to assume full ownership of our modern products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in React.js and React Native app development to drive end-to-end product delivery.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features and enhance overall performance.
  • Maintain code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects through strategic leadership and mentorship.
  • Elevate development excellence by mentoring and reviewing code for junior engineers.
  • Promote best practices in automated testing, accessibility, and usability to optimize the user experience.
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX by prototyping and implementing the latest technologies for seamless user journeys.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in React.js and React Native app development.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java Script (ES6+), Type Script, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI).
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD).
  • A proven track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration.
