About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer).

This is a unique opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of modern, impactful products and shape the user experience in a mission-driven company.

  • Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
  • Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor and review code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability

Responsibilities include:

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
