The role involves turning influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

You will play a critical role in measuring ROI, understanding audience impact and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions for our clients.

  • Collecting, cleaning and analysing influencer campaign data from multiple sources.
  • Preparing visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights and analytics.
  • Identifying high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimise future campaigns.
  • Working closely with strategy, account management and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Building predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conducting competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Providing post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data > insights > recommendations).
  • Ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field and 0-2 years of experience in data analysis. Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing or media analytics is a plus.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
