About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT professional to support our digital operations. As a remote technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical assistance for IT-related issues, file sharing, and troubleshooting.
  • Offer strategic advice on data storage, software management, and email organization.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for email management, cloud storage, and data organization.
  • Promote data security through advanced antivirus, firewall systems, and safe IT practices.
  • Maintain and update our company website regularly.
  • Create and maintain an Excel-based career tracking sheet and organize resumes received via the website.
  • Ensure the company profile is up-to-date with the latest news and project content.
  • Review and implement OneDrive file organization across the team; perform monthly staff OneDrive checks and submit weekly reports.
  • Publish quarterly project updates on the website.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in IT support, cloud storage, and website management.
  • Familiarity with Wix, Office 365, OneDrive, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Tamil-speaking.
