Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance leader to join our organization as a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.

This role will be responsible for leading the finance team and overseeing various aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and controllers.
  • Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting Standards: Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP).
  • ERP Systems: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
