Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Client Engagement Manager to join our global team.

This role is focused on managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership visits abroad.

As a key member of our international expansion strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients and partners, while also traveling extensively and contributing to the growth of our global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a global client database with updated contacts and engagement history.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and industry visits for leadership during international trips.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for international clients before and after meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate client-facing interactions and ensure smooth communication.
  • Track and monitor client communications, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Provide post-visit reports summarizing client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
  • 3–6 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or executive coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally when required.
