About This Opportunity

We're looking for a skilled professional to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy.

Job Description:

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving sales efficiency and providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. You'll be responsible for implementing the product marketing strategy in assigned areas/segments, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.

You'll work collaboratively with various division and/or product groups to execute annual marketing plans and develop business plans focused on driving business development for defined markets.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy
  • Define and communicate product value propositions and product positioning
  • Oversee progress regularly and define improvement plans as needed
  • Focus on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Execute annual marketing plans in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups
  • Develop business plans focused on driving business development for defined markets
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Immersed in marketing function in switchgear business
  • 3-5 years of experience in Tender Evaluation, Techno-commercial Bid submission, Product Pricing and Product Offering
  • Enhanced knowledge of MV Switchgear (Secondary GIS) products
  • Degree in Electrical engineering
  • Excellent communication skills in English
