Job Title: Reservations Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced reservations professional to join our team. As a Reservations Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of hotel reservations, including room bookings, guest communication, and inventory management.

About the Role
  • Manage reservations across multiple channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline sales.
  • Handle guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and social media.
  • Maintain accurate records of room inventory, rates, and availability.
  • Verify property listings and ensure that content is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentations for efficient operations.
  • Review and analyze guest communication to ensure tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking and revenue performance.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
