Project Coordinator Role

The Junior Project Manager plays a key role in our team's success. As a vital member, you will collaborate with colleagues to oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.

  • Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, coordinating resources, and establishing deadlines.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, generate reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless task execution and effective use of resources.
  • Communication: Facilitate open communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to maintain smooth collaboration.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and contribute to resolving issues that may impact project objectives.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project costs and resource allocation under supervision to optimize utilization.
  • Process Enhancement: Suggest and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency.
  • Tool and Software Utilization: Leverage project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress and stay organized.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
