Job Description

The MEP Project Engineer will oversee the design, implementation, and management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in high-rise residential or commercial projects.

  • This includes responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems, and Fire alarm system.
  • Experience on at least one full cycle of project from starting to finish is required.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent exposure to AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in managing task-oriented groups with well-developed planning skills.
  • Ability to work within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets.
  • Result-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure that all plans meet regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate as a problem solving among subcontractors, clients, vendors etc. during construction.
  • Validate design issues related to Fire Fighting and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Coordination and administration of Fire Fighting related materials, systems and shop drawings submittals.
  • Ensure billing done on timely manner.
