Job Title: Data Science Expert

Role Overview:

As a seasoned and highly skilled data science professional, you will lead data-driven initiatives across the business.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and drive strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges and improve outcomes.
  • Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Spark.
  • Build and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess and validate new data sources and collection methods for accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop custom data models and scalable algorithms tailored to business needs.
  • Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy models and monitor performance.
  • Design and implement tools and processes to track model accuracy, data quality, and business impact.
  • Deliver training modules and mentor junior analysts to build analytical capability across the organization.
  • Share best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data literacy.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field is required. At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling is preferred.

Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning is essential.
