Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Security Professional to join our team. As a Staff Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's security posture from code to cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-on technical position with significant influence over the company's security strategy, requiring expertise in application security, penetration testing, and offensive security practices.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in security engineering, penetration testing, or offensive security, as well as strong understanding of secure coding principles, web security vulnerabilities, and remediation techniques.

  • Perform code reviews, threat modelling, and architecture assessments across applications.
  • Guide teams on secure design patterns, libraries, and development practices.
  • Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate to remediate vulnerabilities and design secure solutions.
  • Conduct manual and automated penetration tests against web applications, APIs, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  • Simulate attacker behaviors to assess technical weaknesses and business risks.
  • Create detailed reports with risk ratings and actionable guidance.
  • Re-test findings and validate fixes in collaboration with product owners.
  • Plan and execute red team operations, simulating advanced persistent threat scenarios.
  • Develop custom tools, scripts, and exploits to test detection capabilities.
  • Collaborate to improve detection, logging, and incident response.
  • Contribute to offensive security playbooks and adversary emulation plans.

Mentor junior team members and promote security best practices. Communicate risks through training and demonstrations of vulnerabilities and secure design patterns.
