Key Role: Maintenance Planner

We seek a seasoned maintenance planner with extensive experience in planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of facilities.

This is a critical role within our team, where you will develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for complex equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic maintenance plans for various types of equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations using CMMS tools (SAP or FIORI)
  • Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint to manage documentation and communication

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant technical experience in maintenance planning and coordination
  • Proven track record of effective maintenance planning in oil & gas or process industries
  • Strong understanding of facilities and typical equipment used
  • Proficiency in CMMS tools (SAP or FIORI)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

Work Schedule and Environment:

  • Shift coverage: India/UK/GOM
  • Working hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST
