Commercial Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Data Analyst with expertise in SQL, Python, and machine learning to contribute to our team. You will be responsible for designing predictive models, uncovering actionable insights, and deploying scalable solutions to recommend optimal customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models using Python to drive next-best-action decisions.
  • Analyze customer segmentation, lifetime value (CLV), and campaign performance to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align models with business objectives and operational workflows.
  • Optimize model deployment on AWS, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Translate technical outcomes into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in data science, with a focus on commercial/customer analytics.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (S3, Lambda, EC2).

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from ambiguous data. Ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders. For this role, we prioritize strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
