Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to spearhead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for small to medium-sized businesses.

  • Strategically launch and manage high-performing ads campaigns
  • Target local and regional businesses across the USA
  • Implement a data-driven approach to optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)
  • Own campaign performance – ensure achievement of lead and sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in Google and Meta Ads Certification to drive results
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance
  • Develop and execute lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling strategies
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams on alignment and landing page optimization
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification
  • Proven track record of running successful Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Deep understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Expertise in marketing automation and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
