The role involves:

  • Ensuring seamless servicing and after-sales support to clients
  • Developing new relationships with existing and potential clients to increase market share
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and effective communication
  • Driving business development and sales growth by achieving sales targets
  • Seeking out new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve AUM and revenue targets
  • Providing regular MIS reporting to management and gathering market intelligence to inform business strategy
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Embracing company values and norms, with a focus on integrity, customer-centricity, and innovation
  • Possessing excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of local languages and financial markets

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in the Mutual Fund industry

Graduate or MBA degree, with NISM certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
