Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Executive who is passionate about community building, event organization and digital marketing. This role is ideal for a creative and ambitious individual who is eager to learn, grow and make an impact from day one.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture offline and online communities around the brand
  • Plan, organize and manage brand events and activations
  • Support brand campaigns through digital marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, community building or event management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
  • A self-starter with creativity, curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
