Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Specialist to manage and oversee all activities related to Costing in the Industrial sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Costing Management: Ensure accurate and timely final costing of industrial projects.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automation systems, including PLCs, Drives, CNC systems, DCS, PCS, Electrical Panels, and Instrumentation Panels.
  • Costing & Team Handling: Take ownership of costing tasks and deliverables while leading a team of engineers.
  • Technical Discussions & Support: Conduct technical discussions with clients, internal teams, and vendors to finalize requirements, configurations, and costs.
  • Team Coordination & Reporting: Provide regular status reports to management regarding costing, progress, and potential issues.
  • Knowledge of Automation Products & Switchgear: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation, electrical panels, and switchgear.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of automation products and systems.
  • Proficiency in project costing and panel costing.
  • Experience with PLC, Drives, DCS, PCS, and instrumentation panels.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in automation product costing is highly preferred.

Qualification: BE Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation Experience - 6 to 7 years
