Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Development Officer to spearhead the development of our innovative products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth. You will be expected to develop and execute product roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 7-15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on software development and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
