Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management: Lead and manage large-scale SaaS implementation projects, overseeing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Prioritize effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Manage direct engagement through multiple end-to-end implementations. Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage interactions with internal teams, including Product Management, Customer Support, and Cloud Operations. Collaborate to drive successful outcomes.

Problem-solving & Analysis: Critically evaluate information from multiple sources to reconcile conflicts and address issues. Apply strong business analytical skills to interpret data trends and formulate effective strategies.

Support & Enhancements: Oversee application enhancements and provide support. Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, application enhancements, and support for global organizations.
* Knowledge of SaaS, Microsoft technologies, and Cloud services is essential.
* A good understanding of SDLC, project management, and support processes (ITIL).
* Required certifications: PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL or other relevant certifications.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA and/or Management Consulting experience preferred.

Core Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, superb time management, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
