Job Title: Organisational Change Management Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a key role driving transformation, enabling people, and building change-ready cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective change strategies
  • Design stakeholder management assessment plans and engagement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices on organisational change management and apply relevant tools
  • Execute projects successfully within agreed schedules and scope
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Prior experience with large-scale transformations (digital, process, or cultural) is highly desirable
  • Certifications like PROSCI or equivalent are a plus

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: 3-6 years
  • Ability to travel onsite as required for short durations
