Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Identity & Access Management function by ensuring native User data is aggregated to Onecert. Key responsibilities include monitoring activities to guarantee data Quality and monthly metrics are achieved, as well as performing various tasks such as refreshing User data periodically, extracting/sourcing/converting/uploading User lists, generating reports, and fulfilling requests from business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refresh User data to Onecert periodically to enable IAM controls
  • Extract/source/convert/upload User lists to Onecert
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation process for User list sourcing
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders for User lists and Security Access Matrix Documents
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes
  • Collaborate with external teams for User list sourcing and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement
  • Mitigate risk pertaining to IAM processes and regulatory compliance
  • Support IAM leaders to maintain and enhance IAM processes
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Review and enhance Application security for compliance and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements
