About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Developer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development, with experience working on scalable and responsive user interface components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality user interface components that meet required standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Mentor and coach junior UI developers, providing guidance and support on technical challenges.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to design principles.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the UI development process.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in UI development, with 3+ years of experience in React.
  • Strong knowledge of Redux is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
