Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Excellence

• Build responsive and performant user interfaces using Next.js with pixel-perfect precision.
• Develop reusable components and front-end libraries that scale with our growing product.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code with meticulous attention to detail.
• Integrate frontend components seamlessly with REST APIs.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security meet startup standards.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain code quality.

Ownership & Leadership

• Take full ownership of assigned features from conception to deployment.
• Proactively identify and solve technical challenges before they impact the team.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Drive technical decisions for frontend architecture and tooling choices.

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to sprint planning and project estimation with accurate timelines.

Technical Skills

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional frontend development experience with demonstrable Next.js expertise.
• Strong proficiency with React.js fundamentals and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Hands-on experience working with RESTful APIs and data fetching patterns.
• Proficiency with version control using Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with frontend build tools and modern development workflows.
