Job Title: Bridal Production Coordinator

Job Description:

  • The Bridal Production Coordinator will oversee the entire production process for our bespoke bridal pieces, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products to clients.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating with design and sampling teams, preparing production schedules, monitoring quality standards, liaising with vendors and artisans, and maintaining inventory of required materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Management
  • Coordinate production timelines, track progress against deadlines, and ensure adherence to brand quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain detailed order sheets and documentation accuracy.
Client Order Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for bridal clients regarding custom orders.
  • Record client measurements, customizations, and delivery timelines with precision.
Operations & Coordination
  • Support vendor management, including sourcing and follow-ups for fabrics/embellishments.
  • Collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatches and deliveries.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Generate weekly reports on order status, production timelines, and client deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Production, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, embroideries, and finishing techniques preferred.
