Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned C&B Expert to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Compensation and Benefits, with expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design & governance. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle large datasets in Excel and work effectively in a matrix organization or corporate office.

  • Compensation:
  • Develop and implement compensation structures that align with market trends and organizational philosophy.
  • Design and manage annual salary revision exercises through surveys and analysis of positioning & budget development.
  • Communicate compensation programs to employees and management, monitoring the program and making changes periodically as necessary.
  • Benefits:
  • Drive wellbeing and benefits operations professionals to enable the development and successful implementation of Fiserv India Health and Mental Wellbeing policies and programs.
  • Responsible for defining problem statements, goal setting, performance management, escalation management, and coaching/mentoring the operations team across the health, wellbeing, and operations functions.
  • Works closely with senior leadership, HR, HQ Benefits and Wellbeing teams to build consensus and support for the India Health and Wellbeing Strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA Finance / HR.
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management, preferably from a technology, technology-enabled, eCommerce organization or broker industries.

  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable.
  • Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner when dealing with sensitive information.

  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards.
