Automation and Performance Testing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Automation and Performance Testing professional to lead our testing initiatives.

This role involves implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies, leveraging tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and Selenium with C# or Java.

  • Requires 8+ years of overall experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing for the past 3.5 to 5 years.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams, implement automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experienced in designing and executing performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using appropriate performance testing tools.
  • Skilled in monitoring and reporting QA metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall quality indicators.
  • Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or other methodologies, actively contributing to sprints and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder communication, team leadership, and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in client interactions, and effective in cross-functional collaboration.
