Job Overview

The ideal candidate will lead enhancements to Kinaxis solutions by collaborating with business process owners, managing delivery schedules, and overseeing technical configurations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to drive Kinaxis solution advancements.
  • Manage vendor teams skilled in Kinaxis and oversee release planning from testing to production environments.
  • Provide Level 2 support, resolve issues, and liaise with Kinaxis support and users for solution stability and optimization.
  • Lead Kinaxis upgrades, bug fixing, workbook development, and ensure adherence to deployment best practices and timelines.
Deliverables
  1. Develop a Kinaxis enhancement roadmap aligned with business needs and supply chain strategy.
  2. Successfully deploy Kinaxis updates and releases across environments.
  3. Establish a stable and scalable Kinaxis support framework with reduced incident turnaround.
  4. Support stakeholders across functions through documentation, reporting, and training.
