Job purpose:Join Team of GSC COE, role in optimizing and transforming global supply chain operations using the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform supporting Kinaxis Deployment and Run support activities and serve as the subject matter expertMain responsibilities:Interacts with Business Process Experts / Owners & Users community to collect business requirements, gets involved in solution design and development for Solution EnhancementsSetups delivery plans for enhancements (resource allocation, priority setup, scheduling…)Makes decision between internal and/or external deliveryManages external Kinaxis skilled resources (if required)Specifies, realizes, tests and handovers solution basic enhancements (workbooks)Takes over bug fixing (level 2) and interacts with Kinaxis support teams if requiredOrganizes solution release management from QUAL to PROD instance (IPK, data model change…) and project deployment.Organizes (accountability) / Performs solution upgrades jointly with Kinaxis support teamsQualifications / Skills:Basic skills in Supply ChainAdvanced Kinaxis skills5 years of experience in the following KinaxisSome SAP background would be appreciated.Excellent communication / consulting skills/ presentation skillsCollaborative worker with a positive attitude in a multicultural and global environmentAbility to communicate with client business, technical resources, and management.Strong expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, WordUniversity degree, preferable in IT & Supply ChainExposure in the following Supply Chain areas:APS implementationERP implementationAvailability to international travelling as required 25% of the working timeAvailability to work remote when required or to adapt to other time zonesQualifications8-10years of work experience with minimum 5years of Kinaxis experienceKinaxis Author level 1 certification is mandatory
