Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Pune

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP solutions, focusing on production planning and quality management within SAP. The role involves working closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize SAP modules to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PPQM) solutions, focusing on aligning business processes with SAP best practices.
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production planning and quality management requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP PP and QM modules to meet specific business requirements. Ensure that the SAP solution supports business processes, including production scheduling, quality inspections, and material management.
  • Integration with Other SAP Modules: Integrate SAP PPQM with other SAP modules like Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, and Plant Maintenance to ensure a seamless end-to-end solution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize production and quality management processes using SAP functionalities, ensuring operational efficiency and cost reductions.
  • Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, conduct system and user acceptance testing, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the testing phase.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PP and QM modules.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
