Social Responsibility Assurance Specialist

As a key figure in social responsibility assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers adhere to the highest standards of ethics and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- A bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environment is preferred, with an advanced degree being advantageous.
- You should possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and have strong business acumen.
- Ability to operate effectively in diverse cultural environments, managing relationships with individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, is essential.
- Discretion and confidentiality are crucial, as you will be handling sensitive information on a daily basis.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing is required, with at least 200 verifiable audit days under your belt.
- APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly desirable.
- SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg, or equivalent is a plus.
- Knowledge of International and local labor standards, as well as human rights issues, is necessary.
- Frequent travel within India and occasional international travel may be required.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field

- Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
