Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer

As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely, providing expert guidance and solutions to resolve technical issues with our products.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex technical problems for customers and partners worldwide.
  • Document and troubleshoot issues using available tools, resources, and documentation. Collaborate with additional teams when necessary.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM system, providing clear communication to customers, peers, and other teams.
  • Assess issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
  • Close issues by delivering timely resolutions and documenting technical analysis and root cause where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS.
  • Practical hands-on experience in two to three from the following areas: contact center technologies, application support, telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, object-oriented programming.
Nice to Have/Optional Skills
  • VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, APIs, SMS, cloud technologies-AWS and/or Google knowledge, basic Salesforce Service Cloud understanding.
