Job Title: Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Executive to join our organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial reports and statements, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, and implementing financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts: Oversee all aspects of accounts, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Commerce field graduate (BCom, BAF, BMS-Finance, BBA-Finance etc).
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, and practices.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Accounting Software Tally and MS Office - specifically Excel and Word.
  • Linguistic Skills: Good grasp over English (Spoken & written).
  • Work Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in accounting.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Specialized Training: Advanced training in accounting software, financial modeling, or data analytics.
