Seeking a seasoned implementation expert to lead and manage system enhancements and product implementations. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, defining requirements, and managing projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, define deliverables, and manage due dates to ensure milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with business areas, system owners, and cross-functional teams to manage implementations and system enhancements, working closely with vendors and building professional relationships.
  • Requirements Definition and Documentation: Define clear project requirements, monitor their fulfillment, and assist in modifying Standard Operating Procedures and User Manuals for accurate documentation.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates, collaborate with team members, and report to the Executive Sponsor on project status, focusing on identifying and communicating risks until the critical path is secured.
