Job Title: CRM Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Tester to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and TOSCA Automation Tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 / 2015 / 365
  • Implement full lifecycle testing using TOSCA Automation Tool
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 / 2015 / 365 (min. 2+ years)
  • TOSCA Automation Tool
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience
  • Functional consulting experience (4–8 years)
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Agile & Waterfall project methodologies
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • SSRS Reporting Services
  • Requirement documentation & user acceptance testing

Preferred Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 CE Modules: Field Services, PSA
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow)
  • Dynamics 365 Common Data Model understanding
  • CRM configuration & integration knowledge
