Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015
  • Familiar with Strong on MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules
  • Ability to coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business users need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements
  • Document the business requirements review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same
  • Good Communication is must Should be in position to address users questionshow to
  • Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements
  • Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios
  • Must have SSRS reporting services experience
