Job Description

As a Senior Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and publishing expert knowledge to help customers and their partners configure, extend, and fully utilize cloud applications.

This involves identifying, producing, and disseminating best practice materials, including conceptual and instructional documents, presentations, and videos that cater to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain high-quality content that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • 6+ years of experience in developing materials and learning approaches for implementation and super users of cloud applications.
  • Experience with cloud applications; domain experience with SAP cloud applications is a plus.
  • Clear concise communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Experienced user of video production applications.
  • Fluency with written and spoken communication in English.
  • Strong project and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic about information design and knowledgeable about current trends and technologies in the field.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
