Senior Space Planner

The ideal candidate will be a skilled Interior Designer with excellent creative thinking skills, able to create Modular designs based on conversations with clients. They will be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust their approach based on feedback.
- Own the Sales process & drive Sales outcomes.
- Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables.
- Own an end-to-end Project lifecycle.
To achieve success, you'll need:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Graduation / relevant Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Designer.
- Led and delivered 2-4 Residential Modular KWS projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD.
- Design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard).
- Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation).
- Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
- Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
- Project expertise in Creating Bill of Quantities for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies.
- Sales expertise in driving logical & trusted Sales pitch, Leading Design meetings with the customers.
- Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
- A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
